They had coffee ready all the time.
Room key, and pool key didn't work. Terrible customer service.
Service was terrible, beds uncomfortable, pool was not heated after I was told it was. No changing area near the pool. Key to pool didn't work. I asked for an extra blanket and was told they didn't have one! I would never ever stay there again. ...read more

The location was good, right off the freeway and easy to find.
It was in kind of a scetchy part of town.
The guy behind the counter took a while to help us and at first he was not too friendly but as we chatted with him he warmed up to us. He was informational and pleasant.
